High efficient water soluble sealer
High efficient water soluble sealer, is made up of water soluble substances, including organic inhibitor, high molecular resin and surfactant. It has good adsorption and sealing capacity. It can form a transparent, bright tough and wearable film on the metal, this film can insulate the metal from the outside corrosion.
Features:
1.It takes water as the solvent, thus it is non-inflammable and can be used, stored and transported safely
2.It is non-toxic and its waste liquid is non-polluted to the environment.
3.Compared the other coatings treated by this product with other plating coating s, its resistance to corrosion is 2 time better than the normal plating coating in the salt fog and high-temp.-humidity test. As to the resistance to color change, it is 15 to 20 times of imitation gold coating, copper and copper alloy. (It offers excellent resistance to color change in the SO2 and H2S gas test)
4.Its film has good adhesion and wearability, if the thickness of film is not more than 10 micrometers, it has good softness.
5.The washing of basic water (PH=9-10) offers no bad effects on its gloss and appearance, the film is insoluble in water. It can resist chlorine, sulfur and moisture.
Application range:
It is used in the sealing treatment of decorative plating coating of ferrous metal, such as multiple-layer, the single nickel coating, single chromium coating, anticorrosion, the anti-color-change treatment of imitation gold coating, copper and silver coating. Therefore, it is widely used in the decorative coating and anticorrosive coating of hardware, communication instrument, device, car, sewing machine and home appliance.

Remark: you can dry the part in centrifuge and heat it in 50-70°C.
Cautions:
1.The container should be plastic, ceramic and GRP.
2.You can add ammonia to increase the PH value.
3.The guarantee period is 1-1.5 years.
4.The surface of metal should be clean, without oil stain and dust. If the solution is diluted too much or there are colorful spots on the surface, you can add it into the operational liquid.
5.It is non-inflammable and non-explosive
6.If it is used in the immerse liquid of other metal coating, its solution does not need be heated.

Uses:
It is one kind of self-cross link active monomer. It can be used in improving the smoothness and strength of textile or used in the radiation finishing treatment. It is widely used in photocuring coating, oil-proof coating for canvas, and some baking coating (acrylic water based coating). Moreover, it is used in the making of paper, thermosetting resin, leather photosensitive material, printing ink and the cross link agent of adhesive.
Valid period: 1 year in normal temperature, 6 months in high temperature.
